Often you'll find with matte products there is a drying effect on the skin, leaving a totally not cute flaky or chalky look. Not so with MAKE! The lippie was super moisturizing, and glided on smooth. It helps a lot if you keep your lips exfoliated as well. I love that the lipstick is packed with healthy lip conditioning ingredients that will boost the natural beauty of your lips.
The eye shadow was smashing because I love a good nude shade, but again, I hate the chalky look. This shadow doesn't crease and glides on effortlessly. Its also buildable as a neutral shade, and just like the lippies, has nourishing ingredients to preserve skin.
I love how they incorporate skincare into to their cosmetics; this is a trend I hope to see continue and carry over with other companies. MAKE Cosmetics is for all women. Matte Finish Eyeshadow: (in Alabaster) Turn heads with this stunning, intensely pigmented shadow in an array of blendable shades. The velvety matte powder goes on smoothly with a crease-resistant, oil-free formula that looks fresh for hours after you’ve applied it. Vitamins C and E help to provide antioxidant protection for the delicate eye area. Apply dry or wet for a more intense finish.
